The Duck Race is our Summer fundraising event on the Village Green in Grundisburgh. We launch up to 3000 plastic ducks down the river with the chance of winning some fantastic prizes donated by local businesses. This family friendly event has a BBQ and drinks for sale, Raffle, Tombola, Crockery Smash, Sideshow Games and Stalls all available.

To ‘Race’ a Duck is easy – all you have to do is pay £1 and pick a number from the Duck Forms available on the Race Day itself or beforehand on forms sent home with members or from 3 Post Mill Crescent, Grundisburgh.

So why not come down to the heart of Grundisburgh Village and cheer on your Duck – and watch out for some comical Duck characters floating down the river too.

All our prizes are donated and each year we are always in need of further prizes. So, if businesses, companies or individuals would like to contribute then contact via the email below as we would love to hear from you.

PARKING – There is no Formal Parking available on the Village Green, Please park on the surrounding side roads within the Village and walk down to the Green. Please do not block residents driveways with your Cars, Thank You.
